How do I cancel a testing appointment?
You must cancel or change a testing appointment at least 24 hours
prior to the scheduled appointment. You can cancel the appointment
on the Web at
www.PearsonVUE.com or by calling 877-392-3926. Failure to cancel
a testing appointment results in a “no show” without a refund of
testing fees.
